Project Expeditor

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring critical equipment, materials, and services are delivered on time to support manufacturing operations and major capital projects.

This is a highly cross-functional role acting as the link between suppliers, engineering, operations, maintenance, and procurement to keep project schedules on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite critical equipment, materials, and services to ensure on-time delivery

• Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and procurement documentation

• Work directly with suppliers to track progress and resolve delivery issues

• Identify supply chain risks early and drive recovery / mitigation plans

• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and procurement teams

• Conduct frequent supplier visits (often on short notice) to verify progress and remove barriers

• Manage multiple high-priority orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, EPC, or capital projects environments

• Strong understanding of technical documentation and supplier processes

• Ability to manage urgency, competing priorities, and shifting project timelines

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-visibility role

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to supplier sites
