In 2026, Haigh-Farr plans to further grow our team and capabilities to meet increasing demand and to expand into new markets and antenna technologies.Haigh-Farr is seeking a Quality Engineer with a demonstrated background in roles where a high attention to detail were required. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining procedures and customer mandated deliverables to ensure strict compliance to both internal and external quality standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the engineers with PMP requirements and interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure that the designs for fabrication are in accordance with approved data and customer quality flow downsCompiling and writing training material and conducting training sessions with new hires and others on quality activities, as neededProactive review and improvement of systems and processes to ensure the maintenance of standardsMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionEnsure vendor compliance to HF Quality Flow downsProvides analysis and guidance to ensure quality standards are in effect.Drives processes to develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocolsPerform part inspections to verify conformance with requirements using a variety of inspection equipmentKnowledge & SkillsGood working knowledge of the AS-9100 Quality StandardStrong attention to detail to ensure that products meet required specificationsAbility to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ASME Y14.5Experience with a CMM a plusExcellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ProjectIndependent, self-starter with the ability to multi-taskPossess excellent communication skills and positive attitudeQualificationsMinimum BS in Mechanical EngineeringProven work experience of 5+ yearsU.S. Citizenship requiredAbility to possess a security clearanceHaigh-Farr is a fast paced, growing company that recognizes employees with a promote-from-within philosophy.
