Financial Analyst II

Responsibilities Generate fixed price, cost plus or time and material invoices. Issue approved invoices with necessary supporting documents to customers via e‑mail or submission portals. Generate weekly finance reports for project managers. Monitor and remind project managers about overdue milestones and receivables. Issue monthly billing register and invoice copies to corporate tax team. Create work breakdown structures as needed within financial accounting system. Review timesheet charges of all employees and subcontractors. Complete credit applications. Initiate new customer setup including third‑party self‑check as needed. Support financial month‑end activities. Provide monthly headcounts and worked hours report for OSHA reporting. Qualifications BA/BS in Accounting, Business or related field, or comparable experience in lieu of degree, plus minimum 2 years of related work experience. An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for 1–2 years of related work experience.
