Director, HR Business Partner New York City (Hybrid, 3 Days Per Week) $180,000-$210,000 Base + 20% Bonus Advertising - Marketing - Strategic Partnerships We’re partnering with a leading media and consumer brand to appoint a Director, HR Business Partner supporting several high-profile commercial teams across revenue-generating and brand-focused functions. This is a visible leadership opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys building strong relationships with business leaders, leading a high-performing team, and balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day people leadership. Supporting a population of approximately 250-300 employees, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives while helping shape talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.
