Job Title College of Nursing Lecturer Faculty Opening – Nursing | College Administration Position Overview The College of Nursing seeks a lecturer to assist with supervision of students in clinical, classroom and/or laboratory settings. Faculty assignments may include supervising student patient care delivery, assessing and evaluating skill development, teaching and evaluating nursing technique in classroom and laboratory settings, holding seminars, maintaining records, providing reports, preparing and delivering didactic lectures, evaluating student learning, and updating teaching materials as necessary. Responsibilities Supervise student patient care delivery Assess and evaluate skill development Teach and evaluate nursing technique in classroom and laboratory settings Hold seminars Maintain records and provide reports Prepare and deliver didactic lectures Evaluate student learning Update teaching materials as necessary Education and Experience Requirements Master's degree required Doctoral degree or current enrollment in doctoral program preferred Ohio RN license required for applicants who are nurses Ohio APRN license required for those who are advanced practice registered nurses Two years of recent experience in related discipline required Desired Qualifications Experience in education preferred How to Apply To be considered, please submit your application electronically via Workday.
