Join us where you can create smiles, share your hometown pride, and grow in a fast-paced environment – We need YOU!Benefits for Now and Your Future:Weekly PayPaid Time OffMedical, Dental, VisionShort & Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramRETIREMENT100% Company Funded Pension401KResponsibilitiesEnsure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery department hosts.Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli/bakery department.Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foods standards.Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure deli/bakery department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.Maintain department's labor budget and scheduling standards.Performs PA announcements.Performs all other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsFriendly, outgoing personality.Ability to work well with others.Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.Ability to read and understand information and direction.Knowledge of deli operations.Ability to supervise host including training and development.Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.Effective communication, customer service and selling skills.Must be at least 18 years old.Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.Ability to effectively communicate with the Store Manager and Merchandiser.Ability to work well with computers.
