Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Assessments Springfield, MO Per Diem | Build Your Own Schedule Tired of running laps around the hospital? If you’re an RN who wants to use your brain without burning out your body, this is your exit ramp. We’re hiring RNs to complete in-home health assessments—no bedside care, no med passes, no chaos. Just one-on-one time with patients and your clinical judgment doing what it does best. What You’ll Do:

• Perform in-home health assessments (history, meds, assess patients for in home support needed)
• Document findings using provided equipment
• Identify health risks and gaps in care
• Build quick rapport with patients

What You Won’t Do:

• No hands-on care
• No meds
• No ongoing case management

The Details:

• Hours: Per diem – YOU choose your schedule
• Paid 5-day remote training
• Equipment provided
• Duration: 12-week contracts with options to extend!
• Start Dates: 5/11, 5/26, 6/8, or 6/22

Requirements:

• Active RN license (MO or compact)
• 1+ year home health clinical experience
• Reliable transportation & Valid Drivers License (A MUST)
