• Manage shift assignments, handle staff call-outs, and mentor less experienced nurses.

• Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and address family or patient complaints.

• Conduct rounds, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Licensure: Valid New York State RN License.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in long-term care or as a charge nurse.

• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
