In this role, you'll serve as the communication hub of the property—ensuring all guest calls are handled efficiently while supporting internal operations and delivering a seamless guest experience.Location: 9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183Pay Rate: $16/hrWhat You'll Do:Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely, professional, and friendly mannerAssist guests with questions about resort amenities, services, and facilitiesRoute calls accurately to guest rooms or appropriate departmentsRespond to guest requests quickly and ensure follow-throughSet up and manage guest wake-up callsMonitor emergency calls and notify appropriate teams immediatelySupport engineering dispatch and coordinate service requestsDistribute incoming faxes to the appropriate departmentsReport maintenance issues, safety concerns, or suspicious activityMaintain a positive, cheerful, and professional tone in all interactionsDeliver outstanding customer care with every guest interactionSupport overall resort operations and complete additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred (resort or timeshare experience a plus)Strong communication skills with a professional phone presenceAbility to multitask and manage multiple calls and priorities efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn phone and property systemsBilingual skills are a plusDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyHigh School diploma or GED requiredAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?Be the voice of the resort and make a direct impact on the guest experienceWork in a professional, team-oriented hospitality environmentGain valuable experience in resort operations and guest communicationsBe part of a supportive team focused on service excellenceReady to be the voice that keeps our resort connected?
