## Consulting Manager – IT/Technology in Financial ServicesPublicFull-time40 h/weekGermanyOnsiteStart date: As soon as possibleEnd date: No end dateYearly gross base salary105000 - 134999 EUR### Job DescriptionAbout the roleA specialized enterprise financial services advisory firm is seeking a Consulting Manager – IT/Technology (Financial Services) to help shape the future of financial services across three core domains: strategic transformations, AI/data analytics, and cybersecurity.Key responsibilities* Lead transformative programs: Apply deep insurance and banking IT & operations expertise to plan and deliver large-scale initiatives. Partner with senior stakeholders to align business objectives, technology choices, and process improvements.* Client relationship management: Build and maintain trusted client relationships, advise on technology trends and operational best practices, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.* Team leadership and coaching: Manage, mentor and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.* Commercial development: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities; develop tailored technology and operations solutions to expand engagement scope.* Internal capability building: Support internal programs such as process optimization, tool implementations (e.g., ERP), and digital presence enhancements.* Intellectual property and thought leadership: Own and evolve IP in areas such as cybersecurity, transformation, or banking/insurance operations.
