A day on our line

Picture this: you start your shift in Mesquite, TX, meet up with a collaborative crew, and jump into hands-on work that keeps local production facilities across southeast Dallas running smoothly. You rotate through tasks, learn new equipment with guidance from supervisors, keep your area spotless, and help the team hit daily goals—safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Support the production line by taking on assigned tasks from leads and supervisors.
• Run machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Keep your station clean and organized to promote safety and throughput.
• Follow all site safety procedures and protocols.
• Check in-process and finished products for quality; report defects immediately.
• Partner with teammates to reach daily output targets.
• Join training sessions to build skills and learn new processes.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior labor or manufacturing experience (e.g., assembly/production line) is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical, repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new processes.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed work ethic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
