Pay: $22-24/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flux Core Welder to join our team. In this role, you will weld and fabricate truck body components, read blueprints, and use hand and power tools to build parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies.

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

• Fabricate and install components using welding equipment and tools.

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain welding equipment and keep work areas safe.

• Troubleshoot basic welding and fabrication issues.

• Assist in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of MIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience safely using welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Graham, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
