Registered Nurse, ICU

Position Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Night Shift Schedule: 3 x 12‑hour shifts per week on the night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) with rotating weekends. Commitment Bonus: $20,000. Unit: 8‑bed ICU with a typical 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio (occasionally 1:3). Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age. Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Qualifications Current North Carolina or other compact state RN license. Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS certification within 90 days of hire. Associate’s degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred). 1–2 years of recent RN experience in ICU.
