Facility Maintenance Technician

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of facility maintenance experience.

Familiarity with stick shift.

Experience in construction or manufacturing is desired but not required.

Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment.

Familiarity with various hand and power tools.

Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role.

Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or until if he/she has not been trained to operate.

Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.

Patrols yard and gathers debris and places in appropriate bin, i.e. trash or steel.

Organizes facility both inside buildings as well as outside.

Works with Parts Coordinator with proper storage of items.

Cleans equipment.

Paints items around facility.

Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear.

Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.

Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.

Mon-Fri 5a-5am-5:30pm
