Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday | 5×8 Hours | No Weekends | No On-Call | Floating Required

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LVN to provide direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic setting.
Required Qualifications
Active California LVN License required at submission.
Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient clinic experience.
BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and conduct clinical assessments.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood draws.
Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC.
Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
Float to other clinic locations as needed.
