Job Details Job Details / Responsibilities: Oversee field operations for mechanical piping systems on commercial projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution Manage piping installation, coordination with HVAC/plumbing teams, and integration with overall project deliverables Provide leadership to foremen, crews, and subcontractors while maintaining strict safety standards Implement value-engineering solutions, field engineering, and process improvements Conduct regular site inspections, progress monitoring, and issue resolution Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and design teams in a design-build environment Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and company quality benchmarks Mentor and develop field personnel for optimal performance and retention Qualifications: Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role in mechanical/piping construction Robust hands‑on piping experience (process piping, plumbing systems) in commercial or industrial settings Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Demonstrated success managing crews, schedules, and budgets on multi‑trade projects Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, solutions‑oriented environment Relevant trade certifications and/or journeyman‑level background preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
