Affiliate Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Experienced in influencer marketing, the full-time Affiliate Manager will recruit and manage creator affiliates, craft tailored onboarding experiences, and drive conversion and revenue through strategic partnerships, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Source and recruit creators aligned with the brand's mission, activating existing networks for early traction Craft personalized pitches and onboarding flows to ensure a seamless experience for creators Analyze creator performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize program strategies Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management A proven track record of recruiting and retaining creator affiliates at scale Existing relationships with creators or influencers ready for activation Strong understanding of creator monetization models and social media ecosystems Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
