Onsite Customer Service Representative

Description The Customer Service team includes approximately 50 representatives supported by Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and a dedicated training function. The team assists policyholders, agents, producers, field personnel, and internal employees with policy questions, service requests, and account support. Representatives work in a structured, fully onsite environment and receive training across multiple call types, systems, and insurance processes. Successful candidates will bring customer support experience, strong communication and empathy, reliable attendance, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining ownership of customer needs through resolution. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
