Data Entry Clerk

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will involve performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
• Manage and organize files, records, and other documents.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
