Staffing Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

Assist staffing manager with staffing needs
Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
Communicate coordination of services with patients, co-workers, and families
Review and update HR information system records
Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
Communicate all relevant information to employees

Qualifications:

Previous experience in staffing
General knowledge of home health state and federal guidelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
