In this role, you will help coordinate materials, process orders, and ensure that field teams have the supplies they need to keep projects running smoothly.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in construction operations, logistics, or procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with ordering and tracking materials and supplies for job sitesHelp maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and consumable itemsCommunicate with vendors to request pricing and place ordersSupport the team by preparing and processing purchase ordersCoordinate deliveries to job sites and confirm receipt of materialsAssist with urgent material or tool deliveries when neededMaintain organized records of orders, vendors, and deliveriesBuild positive working relationships with vendors and internal teamsProvide general administrative and operational support to the yard and project teamsSkills & QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, team environmentBasic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems)Willingness to learn procurement and construction processesValid driver's license and good driving recordEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in construction, warehouse, logistics, or purchasing is a plus but not requiredWork EnvironmentMix of office, yard, and occasional jobsite visitsSome local travel may be requiredHands-on, team-oriented environment supporting active construction projectsWhat We OfferBenefits package including medical, PTO, and 401(k)On-the-job training and growth opportunitiesSupportive team environmentKokosing is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
