This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside top‑tier attorneys in a dynamic intellectual property practice, supporting both domestic and international IP matters. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑level legal and administrative assistance to incredibly smart and kind attorneys in the firm’s distinguished IP Practice Group. Maintain attorney calendars, including deadlines for filings, hearings, and client meetings. Assist with preparation and filing of IP‑related documents (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Copyright Office, etc.). Draft correspondence, maintain client contact, and track case status. Manage electronic and physical case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Conduct conflict checks and assist with new matter intake and processing attorney’s monthly invoices.
