Role
At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As a Clinician, you will literally be transforming peoples lives through the care you deliver.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations by video using our telemedicine platform
• Prescribe medication
• Work collaboratively with Mindbloom Guides for care coordination
• Assess client response to medication and provide ongoing treatment planning
• Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction scores
• Provide ongoing feedback to continuously improve our clinical protocols and care model

Sound Like You?
• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA
• DEA Licensure: Prescriptive authority for Controlled Substances
• Experience: Ability to confidently conduct complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnose depression/anxiety

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
