If you have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HRBP experience, please apply.Location: Fremont, CaliforniaCompany: Bionova Scientific, an Asahi Kasei CompanyFull time and On-siteJob TasksWorking with Asahi Kasei’s HR team, help execute and drive the organization's HR strategy and goals in alignment with local business objectivesServe as an HR advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and employee relationsManage a heavy recruitment workload with assistance from internal recruiter and coordinate with temp agencies for the onboarding of new hiresExecuting Human Resources programs and practices working alongside our HR Shared Services team, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations activitiesEnsure compliance with U.S. and international employment laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies, governance, and best practices across all locationsOversee employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, and provide guidance on performance and conflict resolutionAdvise management on employee relations matters, including appropriate corrective actions and performance improvement strategiesDirect annual performance review and salary planning activitiesWork alongside the front desk support to coordinate onboarding and exiting employee activitiesMonitor HR metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectivenessIdentify organizational risks and develop proactive workforce solutionsFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultureManaging the onboarding process for new employees in order to accelerate integration into the companyCollaborating with other HR colleagues and/or Center of Expertise (COEs) to implement HR programsProviding HR reports and ensuring accuracy and reliability of the dataQualifications (Education, Experience, Licensures, and Certifications)Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree; 2-5 years of HRBP experienceRequired SkillsAbility to foster and maintain relationships with employees across all levels in the organizationComfortable developing and executing HR processes and initiativesFamiliarity with HRIS management systems – Workday a plusWork Environment / Physical Demands / TravelSits, walks, stands sometimes. Lift occasionally.Travel 10% of the timeThe base compensation range for this role is $85,000-$115,000.
