Senior Manager, Commercial HVAC Aftermarket Strategy & Analytics Leader

About this role We are looking for a Strategy & Analytics leader to join the Service & Aftermarket team within Carrier’s Commercial HVAC business. Service & Aftermarket aims to deliver solutions and create value for customers throughout the lifecycle of Carrier’s HVAC equipment – this includes maintenance, repair, spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, rentals and other digitally‑enabled lifecycle solutions. The Aftermarket Strategy & Analytics Leader reports to the Executive Director, Global Service & Aftermarket and will work closely with regional Service GMs and their respective teams. The scope of priorities can generally be categorized into the following categories: increasing aftermarket parts capture, driving service coverage, enhancing digital/connected service offerings, and leading change management. The Senior Manager is responsible for advancing and owning key components of the service and aftermarket strategy, and in many cases, leads cross‑functional project teams to deliver specific outcomes and meaningful results. We are looking for a high‑energy, highly collaborative aftermarket athlete to join our team, lead the charge, and drive the change in one of Carrier’s fastest‑growing segments. Key Responsibilities Develop roadmaps and execute project plans in support of service & aftermarket growth Lead and support cross‑functional project teams to drive specific outcomes and deliver results Synthesize unstructured data (internal/external, qualitative/quantitative) to extract key insights Present recommendations and report outcomes to senior business leaders Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience with diversified industrials business strategy and analytics Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree preferred – MBA, MS, etc. 2-3 years of post‑graduate experience Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills (presenting and written skills) Comfort working as an individual contributor – this role does not have direct reports Exposure to key service and/or aftermarket parts concepts (strongly preferred) Experience working in relevant industries, either directly or indirectly (ex‑consultants welcome) #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrier
