Make a meaningful impact as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist—serving students from preschool through fifth grade in a supportive, non-itinerant environment. This contract position runs during the school year from October 5 through May 27, offering consistent hours across 3-4 days each week. The district, operating on a hybrid model, welcomes both licensed SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) who are eager to grow professionally while providing critical services to an elementary-aged caseload.

What we're seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure; SLP-CFs strongly considered
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with IEP processes and developmental speech/language milestones
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting a diverse group of students and working within a hybrid educational model

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct speech-language services to elementary students
• Conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEP goals
• Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, families, and support personnel
• Maintaining clear documentation and progress notes in line with school policies
• Providing input for student evaluations and participating in IEP meetings
• Engaging with students both in-person and virtually, adapting to district hybrid schedules
