We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Drain Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. Job Summary:As a Drain Cleaning Technician at Aelott, you will be responsible for diagnosing, clearing, and maintaining residential and commercial drainage systems. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, technical skill, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and clear clogged drains using augers, drain snakes, and hydro-jetting equipment
- Perform video inspections of sewer and drain lines to identify issues
- Identify causes of blockages such as grease buildup, debris, or tree root intrusion
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future drainage problems
- Repair or recommend replacement of damaged pipes as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Previous experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
