We are looking for a motivated Service Partner Recruiting Associate to join a construction-focused team in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced outreach environment, and can confidently engage prospective service providers. In this role, you will help identify and qualify landscaping and outdoor service partners for seasonal commercial work while building strong working relationships through consistent follow-up and clear communication.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective service providers to discuss seasonal commercial opportunities such as mowing, edging, and weeding services.
• Reconnect with service partners who have not responded and maintain ongoing outreach to gauge interest and availability.
• Assess potential vendors by gathering details about their experience, capabilities, and the equipment they can supply for contract work.
• Build productive relationships with service providers through clear, personable, and consistent communication.
• Work closely with a subject matter expert to strengthen outreach efforts and improve partner qualification processes.
• Record call outcomes, provider details, and follow-up activities accurately in internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate conversations and next steps with interested service partners to support timely engagement and onboarding.
• Represent the company with a calm, direct, and dependable approach during every interaction.• Previous experience in outbound calling, sales outreach, recruiting, or customer service is required.
• Ability to confidently initiate cold calls and maintain momentum through repeated outreach efforts.
• Background in outdoor trades, contractor services, or recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, candid, and detail-oriented style.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry systems for daily tasks.
• Proven ability to manage follow-up activity, document interactions, and track progress accurately.
• Efficient and resilient approach with the drive to take on challenges and build connections quickly.
