Litigation Attorney Dover, NH, US Experience: Senior Level Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year What You’ll Do Develop case strategy and provide day-to-day client counsel Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations Manage a workers’ compensation caseload from start to resolution Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and external parties to move cases efficiently and effectively What We’re Looking For Licensed attorney in New Hampshire 1-5 years of litigation experience (workers’ compensation, personal injury, insurance defense, or related civil litigation experience) Interest in building a practice in workers’ compensation law A bit about us: A well-established law firm seeks Associate Attorney.
