Responsibilities Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of performance and teamwork. Conduct needs assessments, facilitate talent development, and execute innovative employee engagement initiatives. Serve as a go-to resource for employee relations, providing empathetic support while resolving issues and enhancing the workplace experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies and practices that prioritize integrity and trust. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and showcase a strategic mindset. Contribute to a customer-focused environment and support the organization in achieving its objectives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Administrator, HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related field Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred but not required Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus About Isolved Isolved is an employee experience leader providing intuitive, people-first HCM technology.
