Baby Turtle Beach Club & Restaurant - Barback/Runner/Busser

Description This role is responsible for supporting restaurant, beach, and pool operations by assisting servers and bartenders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create memorable guest experiences in a high-energy resort environment.
Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately to beach, pool, cabana, and restaurant guests
• Assist servers and bartenders with daily operational support
• Stock bars, service stations, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout shifts
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, cabanas, and lounge areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach, pool, restaurant, and back-of-house areas
• Assist with setup and breakdown of cabanas, loungers, umbrellas, and service stations
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest service at all times
• Work collaboratively with the food & beverage team to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, beach club, or resort experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
