Addressing motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, gait, etc.Interviewing children and family members, using physical examination to diagnose movement disorder.Ability to evaluate and treat patient from 18yrs old and older.Float to adult units if needed if pediatric patient census fluctuates.Evaluates and treats pediatric patients from birth to 18yrs old, regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical function and developmental disorders.Settings include inpatient, inpatient emergency department.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.New Mexico Physical Therapy License required or New Mexico Physical Therapy provisional/temporary license acceptedLess than one year of experience in physical therapy.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Doctor of Physical Therapy Preferred.BLS required at time of hire.Presbyterian exists to improve the health of patients, members, and the communities we serve.
