Job Description – Childcare Teacher / Early Childhood Educator

Little Wonders Learning Center

Little Wonders Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, creating a positive learning environment, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational development.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
Plan and lead age-appropriate educational activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
Support children’s emotional and behavioral development
Communicate professionally with parents and staff
Follow all childcare licensing and safety regulations
Assist with meals, nap time, and daily routines
Maintain attendance and classroom records

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Childcare experience preferred
CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for early childhood education
