Inventory Coordinator

RESPONSABILITIES

• Maintain and organize Quality department files, records, logs, and documentation per established procedures.

• Perform and coordinate quality data review and data entry to ensure timely, actionable datasets.

• Coordinate document routing, review cycles, approvals, and archival activities within electronic quality systems.

• Support training administration: assignments, completion tracking, and training record maintenance.

• Schedule meetings; prepare agendas; capture and distribute meeting minutes and action items.

• Compile and maintain Quality metrics, reports, and presentations using quality systems and business databases.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• 0-2 years of related office/administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

• Strong written/verbal communication and customer service mindset

• Ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
