Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup is hiring a Restoration Project Sales Estimator to meet with customers, assess property damage, prepare project estimates, and help coordinate restoration services from start to finish.

As a Restoration Project Estimator, you'll respond to residential and commercial water damage losses, evaluate project needs, prepare accurate estimates, and serve as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the sales process. You'll work closely with technicians, office staff, insurance professionals, and property owners to ensure projects move forward efficiently while providing an outstanding customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as solving problems.

• Inspect residential and commercial properties following water damage

• Develop accurate restoration estimates and explain recommended services

• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and business owners

• Coordinate project details with office staff and restoration technicians

• Maintain project documentation, photos, and customer records

• Follow up on estimates and help convert opportunities into completed restoration projects

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process

We're looking for someone with previous sales, estimating, or customer-facing experience who enjoys helping customers and building trust. Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, plumbing, roofing, or another property services industry is preferred but not required.

Successful candidates are confident communicators, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable discussing project scopes, timelines, and pricing with customers. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license are required.
