Your Role as a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)

As a Medication Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by:

• Administering medications according to physician orders and established protocols

• Ensuring accurate medication dosages and timely administration

• Monitoring residents for reactions or changes in condition

• Maintaining accurate medication documentation and records

• Collaborating closely with nursing staff and healthcare providers

• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Current Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification in New Hampshire

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A commitment to providing exceptional resident care
