Responsibilities Sell Ford vehicles and used cars to customers Lead customers through test drives, financing, and service processes Participate in dealership marketing efforts and teamwork to close sales Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Experienced automotive sales representative with a documented record of success Preferably experience in high-paced/high-volume store environments Strong work ethic, great customer service skills, productive, and a positive attitude Benefits/Opportunities Opportunities for internal promotion; potential to advance into management in approximately 2 years.
