Human Resource Manager of Early Education – Branch ISD Branch ISD Early Education is seeking a qualified and organized Human Resources Manager to lead and support daily HR operations. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving internal procedures, handling employee relations, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, and ensuring efficient HR department functions. Salary range: $22.50 – $26.39 per hour. Full time. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum of five years of experience in clerical, payroll/HR, business services, or related work Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, writing, and grammar Knowledge of computer technology, office software, and office equipment Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation Successful candidates must complete fingerprint-based background checks, TB screening, and required physical examinations.
