Being a barista is more than just making a great cup of coffee—it’s about serving up smiles, showing heart, and delivering AMAZING customer experiences every single time.
We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for morning and opening shifts , so if you’re an early riser who loves helping customers start their day, you’re exactly who we want.Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability to work between 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM and on the weekends .
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to follow safety procedures and communicate with customers and team members
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Greet and connect with customers to create AMAZING experiences and start their day off right
- Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace , ready for the morning rush
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
