Event Marketing Associate - Entry Level

Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team and represent well-known brands through engaging promotional events, community outreach, and customer experiences.

No prior marketing experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you develop skills in event coordination, brand representation, customer engagement, sales strategy, and team leadership.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want a career path with advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Represent brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing marketing events
Build relationships with customers and community members
Learn effective marketing strategies, communication techniques, and leadership skills
Collaborate with a team to achieve event and campaign goals
Track results and provide feedback to improve future events
Develop the skills needed for future leadership and management opportunities

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, athletics, or leadership is a plus
Degree preferred but not required
