Administrative Assistant (Manufacturing Office Support)

Keep a busy production office running smoothly with scheduling, data entry, records, and front-line communication. If youre organized, detail-driven, and confident in Microsoft Office, this temp-to-hire role offers steady weekday hours and a fast-paced team environment.

Job Details

• Compensation: $17.00/hr

• Job Site Location: Spanish Fork, UT

• Work Schedule: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (MondayFriday)

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails with professional, customer-friendly communication

• Schedule appointments/meetings and support team calendars

• Maintain organized filing systems (paper and digital) and handle confidential records

• Perform accurate data entry and update logs, spreadsheets, and internal reports

• Prepare routine reports and assist with clerical and administrative projects

• Order and restock office supplies; support general office organization

• Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and customers to support smooth workflow

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• 1+ year of administrative/clerical support experience (office, manufacturing, or production setting preferred)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

• Professional communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred

• Experience supporting a manufacturing/production office

• Comfort with basic reporting, scheduling tools, and frequent data entry
