What You'll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience while ensuring our residents receive nutritious, appetizing meals served with compassion and respect.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and serve meals according to physician-ordered diets and facility standards.

• Assist with meal tray preparation, portioning, and food presentation.

• Deliver meals to residents with courtesy and professionalism.

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention guidelines.

• Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining an organized work environment.

• Work closely with the Dietary Manager and healthcare team to meet residents' nutritional needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, cafeteria, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform routine kitchen duties.

• Willingness to learn—we're happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
