Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Property Manager-OnSite for a direct hire opportunity in Reseda, CA. This role is ideal for a property management professional who is comfortable leading onsite operations, supporting residents, maintaining lease compliance, and ensuring the property is well-managed, well-presented, and operating efficiently. The Property Manager-OnSite will play a key role in daily property performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and operational accountability. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily onsite property operations to ensure efficient management, strong resident service, and consistent property performance. Lead, support, and hold accountable onsite team members while promoting a professional, service‑focused work environment. Build and maintain positive resident relationships by responding to concerns, resolving issues, and supporting tenant satisfaction. Monitor lease compliance, property policies, documentation, and resident communications to ensure consistent standards. Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and internal teams to support timely repairs, property presentation, and operational needs. Contribute to occupancy goals, retention efforts, reporting, and overall property performance through proactive management. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Location: Reseda, CA.
