Primary Location: Fulton, MO Wage: $20.00/HR Available Schedules: Security Officer 1: 32 Hours Per Week Sat: 7AM - 3PM Sun: 7AM - 3PM Mon: 3PM - 11PM Tues: 3PM - 11PM Security Officer 2: 32 Hours Per Week Fri: 3PM - 11PM Sat: 3PM - 11PM Wed: 3PM - 11PM Thurs: 3PM - 11PM Security Officer 3: 32 Hours Per Week Sun: 3PM - 11PM Mon: 11PM - 7AM Tues: 11PM - 7AM Wed: 11PM - 7AM Security Officer 4: 32 Hours Per Week Thurs: 11PM - 7AM Fri: 11PM - 7AM Sat: 11PM - 7AM Sun: 11PM - 7AM The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations on foot and in a vehicle. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests. Utilizing technology devices throughout shift. Conduct tours of the property. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Basic Requirements: 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Security experienced preferred Valid Drivers License required. No security license needed. Must be alert and observant. Must be responsible and dependable. Open availability preferred.
