What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Goodwill truck to transport donations and goods between stores and donation centers
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service when interacting with donors and team members
• Help load and unload donations - teamwork makes the dream work!
• Keep accurate route logs and vehicle inspections (because safety = success)

What We're Looking For

• A valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record
• Great communication and people skills - we're all about community!
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs (you'll stay fit AND do good)
• A positive attitude and a heart for our mission

What to Expect

You'll be on the move, visiting different stores, donation centers, and communities across East Texas.

• Start your day with a quick safety check and route review
• Work closely with store teams to move merchandise and donations efficiently
• Meet friendly donors who are excited to support the mission
