Were partnering with a rapidly growing production operation in West Palm Beach that is scaling fast and looking to bring on a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help lead day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a high-visibility role where youll be on the floor, leading from the front, and playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Doing

Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory flow

Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members

Stay hands-on with the operation including forklift work, staging, and organization

Drive efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow across the warehouse

Partner closely with production and operations teams to support output and timelines

What Were Looking For

3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience

Strong background in shipping/receiving and inventory management

Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Forklift experience required

Cold storage / refrigerated environment experience is a strong plus

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
