Estamos buscando Asesores Senior de Ventas/Consultores Senior de Venta listos para romper las metas. Este rol requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicacin (espaol nativo), una gran perspicacia para las ventas y alta capacidad para establecer una buena relacin con los posibles estudiantes. What You Will Do
- Presentar y vender nuestros productos utilizando argumentos slidos a posibles clientes.
- Llegar a los clientes potenciales a travs de presentaciones online (videollamadas) y de llamadas telefnicas.
- Identificar las necesidades, problemas e intereses de los clientes y resolver sus dudas.
- Alcanzar los objetivos y resultados de ventas acordados
- Trabajo con CRM (deseable HubSpot).
- No hacemos llamadas en fro.
Requirements
- Experiencia comprobable en cierre de ventas B2C de productos intangibles y/o ventas consultivas y/o high ticket por ms de 2 aos (Excluyente).
- Capacidad para gestionar acuerdos de principio a fin y cerrar tratos exitosamente, preferiblemente en sectores como EdTech, seguros, bienes races, SAAS, crditos y productos de alto valor tanto en B2C como en B2B2C.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y de atencin al cliente.
- Profesional altamente motivado y orientado a objetivos, con un historial comprobado en ventas.
What We Can Offer You
- Trabajo 100% remoto y a tiempo completo.
- Base de 800 USD + comisiones. Pago total en promedio, incluidas las comisiones, es hasta 3000 USD. Si tiene un alto rendimiento, puede ganar ms ya que tenemos comisiones ilimitadas.
- Experiencia laboral internacional en una de las empresas ms reconocidas del mercado.
- Capacitacin pagada
- Horarios: 5 das de trabajo (1 da del fin de semana), y dos das descanso (1 da de fin de semana y 1 durante la semana que puede ser: martes, mircoles o jueves), con horario: De 11:30hs - 20:30hs CDMX
