Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Psychiatric Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Adult Psychiatric Hospital Schedule: 10-hour evening shifts, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience Required: Previous psychiatric/behavioral health experience is required. Clinical Interview: All candidates will participate in a clinical interview as part of the selection process. Candidates should be comfortable working with adult psychiatric patients and providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to manage a variety of behavioral health needs are essential. Onboarding Requirements: Candidates must be able to arrive a few days prior to their scheduled start date to complete New Mexico (NM) fingerprinting requirements. Candidates must have their Social Security card in hand for the onboarding process.
