We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is motivated by both service and sales. Key responsibilities include: Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience Schedule and manage appointments efficiently Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with client needs Promote memberships, services, gift cards, and retail products Process payments and handle daily transactions Maintain a clean, organized front desk area Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Compensation and benefits include: Competitive hourly pay Commission on memberships, gift cards, and retail sales Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time available) Supportive, team-oriented workplace Opportunity for growth within the company Qualifications: Customer service experience required (spa, salon, or wellness industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with sales and recommending products/services Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend availability preferred Compensation: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour At Massage Heights, we believe in the healing power of touch.
