Sunrise Home Health Services is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home support to clients in the community. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling and meaningful one-on-one care that helps individuals remain safe and independent in their homes.

Position Overview

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling based on client needs and HHA availability. Shifts are assigned to help maintain consistency and continuity of care whenever possible.

What You'll Do
Provide daily living support, including:

• Helping the patient to maintain good personal hygiene: Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals. Assisting in feeding patient when needed. Assisting in measuring and preparing special diets for a specific patient.
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders that are ordinarily self-administered. 
• Grocery shopping/Medication Pick-up
• Mobility assistance and ambulation with the use of walker, cane, and/or wheelchair. (as needed)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Reporting changes in client condition
• Encouraging the patient to become as independent as possible according to the interdisciplinary care plan. 
• Attempting to promote patient's mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest.
